A importância do controle periódico de saúde na atividade pericial

Abstract

O contexto da medicina atual torna se cada vez mais destacada a importância da medicina preventiva tanto no que tange morbimortalidade, como na manutenção da higidez do trabalhador como forma de zelar para o bem-estar biopsicossocial deste, assim como preservar a operabilidade das instituições onde esses exercem suas atividades laborais. A figura do médico perito transita em um terreno muitas vezes desafiador para o profissional medico que a exerce pois ora deve zelar para que os inspecionados sejam examinados de forma objetiva e imparcial, ora deve defender os interesses da instituição a qual está vinculado. Sendo frequentemente alvo de pressões dos envolvidos deve se manter austero e fiel a técnica pericial como forma de se manter isento durante todas as etapas do processo, garantindo a necessária imparcialidade. Este trabalho tem como objetivo discutir a importância do Controle Periódico de Saúde na atividade pericial no âmbito do Exército Brasileiro. Este trabalho apresenta a revisão de literatura a qual foi realizada com o intuito de apresentar a importância do Controle Pericial de Saúde e destacar como esta contribui na prática da atividade pericial trazendo inúmeros benefícios tanto para os usuários como para a instituição. Com isso a é possível chegar a conclusão que através da análise das patologias que são evitáveis através da detecção precoce, pode-se contribuir para o aprimoramento da atividade pericial, seja na sua aplicação, seja como aperfeiçoamento da legislação vigente, para melhor atender as novas demandas da população de interesse, servidores civis e militares, do Exército brasileiro._____________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT The context of current medicine becomes more and more highlighted the importance of preventive medicine, both in terms of morbidity and mortality, as well as in maintaining the health of the worker as a way of ensuring the biopsychosocial well-being of this, as well as preserving the operability of the institutions where these carry out their work activities. The figure of the medical expert moves in a terrain that is often challenging for the medical professional who exercises it, as he must sometimes ensure that those being inspected are examined in an objective and impartial manner, and now he must defend the interests of the institution to which he is linked. Being frequently the target of pressure from those involved, it must remain austere and faithful to the expert technique as a way to remain exempt during all stages of the process, ensuring the necessary impartiality. This work aims to discuss the importance of the Periodic Health Control in the forensic activity in the scope of the Brazilian Army. This paper presents a literature review which was carried out with the aim of presenting the importance of the Expert Health Control and highlighting how it contributes to the practice of expert activity, bringing countless benefits both to users and to the institution. With this, it is possible to reach the conclusion that through the analysis of the pathologies that are preventable through early detection, it is possible to contribute to the improvement of the expert activity, either in its application or as an improvement of the current legislation, to better meet the new demands of the population of interest, civil and military servants, of the Brazilian Army.
