O uso do flyer digital na comunicação interna da Base de Administração e Apoio do Ibirapuera

Abstract

O estudo versará sobre ações de comunicação voltadas para o público interno do Exército Brasileiro. O foco deste trabalho está no uso do flyer digital na comunicação interna da Base de Administração e Apoio do Ibirapuera. O Quartel funciona dentro de um sistema de ordenar, obedecer e orientações de conduta. Todas as ações se baseiam na oralidade ou texto documental. A pergunta inicial é: de que forma o flyer digital, usando o ciberespaço, circulando por meio do Whatsapp Ⓡ Inc, contribui para uma maior clareza e alcance da mensagem junto aos comandados? Acredita-se que o flyer digital, cujo formato atrela texto e imagem, pode trazer maior eficiência à comunicação interna da OM, além de dar clareza e motivação aos comandados. O objetivo é realizar estudo fundamentado e propor o uso do flyer, em sua forma digital, como instrumento de relações públicas na Base de Administração e Apoio do Ibirapuera, como forma de ilustrar e reforçar o conteúdo das mensagens transmitidas. A pesquisa faz uma abordagem qualitativa com a finalidade teórica de forma empírica e objetivo de pesquisa de campo com característica indutiva com coleta de dados documentais e bibliográficos para conhecer a contribuição da implementação do uso de flyers digitais na comunicação interna da Base de Administração e Apoio do Ibirapuera. Análise de dados conforme estratégia proposta por Bardin (2006).

The study will deal with communication actions aimed at the Brazilian Army internal public. The focus of this work is on the use of the digital flyer in the internal communication of the Ibirapuera Administration and Support Base. The Headquarters works within a system of ordering, obeying and conducting guidelines. Everything based on orality or documentary text. The initial question is: how does the digital flyer, using the cyberespace, circulating through Whatsapp Ⓡ Inc, contribute to greater clarity and reach of the message with those in charge? It is believed that the digital flyer, whose format links text and image, can bring greater efficiency to the internal communication of OM, in addition to providing clarity and motivation to those under command. The objective is to conduct a well-founded study and propose the use of the flyer, in its digital form, as a public relations tool at the Ibirapuera Administration and Support Base as a way to illustrate and reinforce the content of the messages transmitted. The research will be of qualitative approach with the theoretical purpose of empirical and objective of field research with inductive characteristic with collection of documentary and bibliographic data to know the contribution of the implementation of the use of digital flyers in the internal communication of the Administration and Support Base of the Ibirapuera. Data analysis according to strategy proposed by Bardin (2006).
