A relação entre a liderança e os fatores estressores do cadete do 4° ano do curso de intendência da AMAN

Abstract

A liderança é essencial para a execução dos trabalhos em um ambiente organizacional e a tentativa de desenvolver a capacidade de liderar nos futuros oficiais do Exército Brasileiro é um objetivo da formação na Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN). Durante os anos, adaptações nos aspetos cognitivos, psicomotores, técnicos e socioemocionais são exigidos dos discentes e esses estímulos podem, muitas vezes, agir como estressores. A exposição aos fatores estressores é proposital e tem a finalidade incentivar os Cadetes a agirem sob pressão, criando um conjunto de possíveis respostas às diferentes situações encontradas. Entretanto, os estressores podem acarretar distúrbios para o indivíduo. Isso visa prepará-los para enfrentar os desafios nos corpos de tropa. Este trabalho tem como objetivo principal identificar possíveis fatores estressores elencados pelos Cadetes do 4º ano do Curso de Intendência da AMAN. A partir de uma análise de natureza exploratória, com uma abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa dos dados, utilizando o método hipotético-dedutivo, foram adotadas como procedimento, pesquisas bibliográficas para o aprofundamento do tema e foi feita uma pesquisa de campo através de um questionário proposto a 50 Cadetes do 4º ano do Curso de Intendência da AMAN. No resultado, verificou-se que 50% dos Cadetes se sentem “com confiança” ou com “muita confiança” para exercer a liderança nas suas futuras unidades. 100% deles avaliaram-se com nota acima de cinco no quesito liderança. E, considerando a opinião da maioria, foram levantados dois possíveis fatores estressores que possam influenciar na capacidade de liderar dos Cadetes, a falta de prática nas matérias de Técnicas Militares do Curso de Intendência e o conhecimento das responsabilidades inerentes às funções administrativas. Ao término do trabalho, considerando a leitura da bibliografia para o estudo de tema, notou-se que a estabilidade, ou inteligência emocional, é uma característica necessária para um indivíduo que busque exercer a liderança e, também, é o principal aspecto que determina a eficiência dos líderes. Por outro lado, observou-se que a instabilidade emocional é consequência de uma das fases do estado de estresse. Portanto, o estresse pode influenciar diretamente na capacidade e no desenvolvimento da liderança. Como intervenção e oportunidade de melhoria, é importante que os Cadetes possam ter maior contato com as ferramentas administrativas (sistemas) que utilizarão nos corpos de tropa, de forma a aumentar a confiança para exercerem a liderança no desempenho dos trabalhos e, além disso, possam adquirir maior capacidade de lidar com as responsabilidades inerentes às funções da Administração Pública. ________________________________________________________________________________________ The leadership is essential for the execution of the works in an organizational environment, and the attempt to develop the ability of leadership in the future officers of the Brazilian Army is a goal of training in the Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN). During the years of graduation, adaptations in aspects of cognitive, psychomotor, technical and emotional are required from the students and these stimulants can often act as stressors. Exposure to stress factors is purposeful and has as an objective to encourage cadets to act under pressure, creating a set of possible answers to different situations. Stressors have the main objective to prepare the students to meet the challenges in the quarters, however, they can also cause disturbances to these individuals. Thus, this work has as main objective to identify possible stress factors listed by cadets of the 4th year of the course of logistics of AMAN. From an analysis of exploratory nature, with a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the data, using the hypothetical-deductive method, it was adopted as a procedure, bibliographic searches for the deepening of the theme and was also made a survey of the field using a questionnaire proposed to 50 cadets in the 4th year of logistics of AMAN. In this result, it was found that 50% of cadets felt "with confidence" or "very confident" to exercise leadership in their future units. 100% of them assessed with a note above five on the question of leadership. And, having regard to the opinion of the majority, were raised two possible stress factors that may influence the ability to lead the cadets and they were the lack of practice in matters of military techniques in the course of supervision and the knowledge of the responsibilities inherent to the administrative functions. At the end of the work, while reading the bibliography for the study of the subject, it was noted that the stability, or emotional intelligence, is a necessary feature for an individual who seeks to exercise leadership, and is also the main aspect that determines the efficiency of the leaders. On the other hand, it has been observed that emotional instability is the consequence of one of the phases of the state of stress. Therefore, stress can directly influence the ability and leadership development. As intervention and opportunity for improvement, it is important that the Cadets may have greater contact with the administrative tools (systems) that will be in the quarters, in order to increase the confidence to exercise leadership in the performance of work and, in addition, may acquire a bigger capacity to deal with the responsibilities inherent to the functions of the Public Administration.
