A Participação dos Integrantes do Sistema de Comunicação Social do Exército nos eventos de interesse do Exército Brasileiro

Abstract

Este trabalho visa a analisar a participação dos integrantes do Sistema de Comunicação Social do Exército (SISCOMSEX) nos Jogos Olímpicos e Paralímpicos (JOP) Rio 2016 e busca mostrar o incremento da eficiência da Comunicação Social do EB quando utilizando os integrantes do SISCOMSEX, seus meios e equipamentos. A pesquisa é bibliográfica, pois se vale de documentos que regulam as atividades de Comunicação Social (CS) no âmbito do EB e do relatório do CCOMSEX sobre a CS do EB nos Jogos Olímpicos e Paraolímpicos 2016. A pesquisa tem relevância no sentido de contribuir para o aprimoramento da Comunicação Social do Exército Brasileiro e no relacionamento do EB com a sociedade. Espera-se concluir que a utilização dos recursos humanos das OM no planejamento e na execução das ações de divulgação institucional do EB é fundamental para o sucesso das atividades de Com Soc. Com isso, pretende-se apresentar ideias a cerca do assunto e contribuir para o desenvolvimento da doutrina de CS do EB. Palavras-chave: Recursos Humanos. Comunicação Social. Divulgação Institucional. ABSTRACT : This paper aims to analyze the participation of members of the Army Social Communication System (SISCOMSEX) in events of interest to the Brazilian Army (EB) and propose a systematization of the use of human resources working in the areas of Social Communication of the various Military Organizations (OM) of the EB, coordinated by the Army Social Communication Center (CCOMSEx), at specific events and of interest to the Army. This research will be developed from the bibliographical and documentary research on the Army's Social Communication (Com Soc) structure, the documents that regulate Com Soc activities within the scope of EB and the CCOMSEx report on Com Soc do EB in the Games Olympic and Paralympic Games 2016, a great sporting event in which the EB participated and coordinated all the security, also participating with military athletes, at which time Com Soc do EB actively participated in the dissemination of the actions carried out by the Land Force At the end of this paper we intend to conclude that the use of human resources of OM in the planning and execution of the actions of institutional disclosure of EB is fundamental for the success of the activities of Com Soc. With this, it is intended to present ideas about the and contribute to the development of the Com Soc doctrine of EB.
