O Cerimonial Militar conduzido pela Secretaria-geral do Exército e sua influência na cultura organizacional do Exército Brasileiro

Abstract

Este trabalho de pesquisa estuda como o cerimonial militar conduzido pela Secretaria-Geral do Exército (SGEx) influencia na cultura organizacional do Exército Brasileiro (EB). Tal abordagem se faz necessária para destacar a importância do trabalho realizado pela SGEx na condução do cerimonial militar do EB. O objetivo é estabelecer uma ligação entre o cerimonial militar e a cultura organizacional do EB. Esta tarefa será conseguida a partir da revisão bibliográfica e pesquisa das normas e procedimentos adotados pela SGEx relativos ao cerimonial militar e do estudo das características institucionais e missão, da profissão militar, de especialidades e estrutura organizacional do EB. Ao final do trabalho será estabelecida a relação entre o cerimonial militar e a cultura organizacional do EB por meio de exemplos práticos de cerimônias conduzidas pela SGEx na guarnição de Brasília.

ABSTRACT : This research study studies how the Military Ceremonial conducted by the General Secretariat of the Army (SGEx) influences the organizational culture of the Brazilian Army (EB). Such an approach is necessary to highlight the importance of the work carried out by SGEx in the conduct of the Military Ceremonial of the EB. The objective is to establish a link between the Military Ceremonial and the EB Organizational Culture. This task will be achieved through the bibliographic review and detailed research of the norms and procedures adopted by SGEx regarding the Military Ceremonial and of the study of the institutional characteristics and mission, of the military profession, specialties and organizational structure of the EB. At the end of the work will be established the relationship between the Military Ceremonial and the Organizational culture of the EB through practical examples of ceremonies conducted by SGEx in the Brasília garrison.
