Aspectos educacionais identificados na matéria liderança para a formação do cadete da AMAN

Abstract

ste trabalho visou abordar o tema “ASPECTOS EDUCACIONAIS IDENTIFICADOS NA MATÉRIA LIDERANÇA PARA A FORMAÇÃO DO CADETE DA AMAN”, bastante relevante para o meio militar, principalmente para a formação dos cadetes da Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras, tendo em vista que o futuro oficial da linha militar bélica precisa compreender a importância da liderança e a influência que esta pode causar na vida dele. O trabalho foi desenvolvido por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, na qual foram utilizadas como fontes principais o manual C 20-10 de Liderança Militar e o livro “O monge e o executivo: Uma história sobre a essência da liderança”. O objetivo geral deste TCC foi verificar os aspectos educacionais presentes no conceito de liderança, como ela se desenvolve durante a formação do cadete e como o reflexo da liderança exercida no seu campo educacional ainda na formação, poderá influenciar na carreira e na vida pessoal do futuro oficial formado na AMAN. Para alcança-lo foram considerados os seguintes objetivos específicos: identificar as formas de desenvolvimento da habilidade liderança nos cadetes em formação e identificar a importância que a mudança causada pela aprendizagem da liderança tem na vida pessoal e profissional dos cadetes. Como resposta ao problema verificou-se que a AMAN consegue desenvolver nos cadetes os atributos inerentes a um bom líder através das atividades ao longo da formação, e que esses atributos exercem uma influência positiva no campo profissional e familiar do cadete, tendo reflexos atuais e futuros. __________________________________________________________________________________ This work aimed to address the theme "EDUCATIONAL ASPECTS IDENTIFIED IN THE LEADERSHIP MATTER FOR THE TRAINING OF THE CADET OF AMAN", which is very relevant to the military environment, especially for the formation of the cadets of the Military Academy of Agulhas Negras, considering that the official future of the military line needs to understand the importance of leadership and the influence it can have on his life. The work was developed through a bibliographical research, in which the C 20-10 Manual of Military Leadership and the book "The monk and the executive: A story about the essence of leadership" were used as main sources. The general objective of this CBT was to verify the educational aspects present in the concept of leadership, how it develops during the formation of the cadet and how the reflection of the leadership exerted in its educational field still in the formation, can influence the career and the personal life of the future officer trained at AMAN. In order to achieve this, the following specific objectives were considered: identifying the ways in which leadership skills were developed in the cadets in training and identifying the importance that the change caused by leadership learning has in the personal and professional lives of the cadets. In response to the problem, it was verified that the AMAN manages to develop in the cadets the attributes inherent to a good leader through the activities throughout the formation, and that these attributes have a positive influence in the professional and familiar field of the cadet, having present and future reflections .
