A Central de inteligência desdobrada pelo Batalhão de Inteligência Militar: uma análise das atuais capacidades no contexto das Operações Básicas

Abstract

Este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar a atuação da Central de Inteligência desdobrada pelo Batalhão de Inteligência Militar, no contexto de Operações Básicas, no âmbito do Exército Brasileiro. Objetivou, especificamente, descrever de forma sucinta a concepção de emprego da Central de Inteligência; o funcionamento da Central de Inteligência e o ciclo da Inteligência Militar; a organização do trabalho interno da Central de Inteligência; os produtos da Central de Inteligência voltados ao contexto das Operações Básicas; e verificar implicações sobre as capacidades desenvolvidas pela Central de Inteligência, por meio de consulta a manuais, sítios oficiais do Governo Federal e do Exército Brasileiro, trabalhos acadêmicos e de pesquisa aplicada a militares com experiência prática sobre o assunto, identificando sugestões voltadas ao aprimoramento de procedimentos. As análises objetivaram ressaltar os aspectos positivos e as oportunidades de melhoria quanto aos procedimentos identificados. Finalmente, foram apresentadas as conclusões, que oferecem reflexões e sugestões acerca do trabalho desenvolvido pela Central de Inteligência para que possa atender às demandas impostas ao Batalhão de Inteligência Militar, atendendo ao objetivo geral da pesquisa. Dessa forma, espera-se que as informações adquiridas sirvam de subsídio para o aperfeiçoamento da doutrina relativa ao Sistema de Inteligência do Exército Brasileiro, podendo contribuir para outros trabalhos similares

This work aimed to analyze the performance of the Intelligence Center deployed by the Military Intelligence Battalion, in the context of Basic Operations, within the scope of the Brazilian Army. It specifically aimed to briefly describe the Central Intelligence's concept of employment; the operation of the Intelligence Center and the cycle of Military Intelligence; the organization of the internal work of the Intelligence Center; the products of the Intelligence Center focused on the context of Basic Operations; and verify implications on the capabilities developed by the Intelligence Center, by consulting manuals, official websites of the Federal Government and the Brazilian Army, academic works and research applied to military personnel with practical experience on the subject, identifying suggestions aimed at improvement of procedures. The analyzes aimed to highlight the positive aspects and opportunities for improvement regarding the identified procedures. Finally, the conclusions were presented, which offer reflections and suggestions about the work developed by the Intelligence Center so that it can meet the demands imposed on the Military Intelligence Battalion, meeting the general objective of the research. In this way, it is expected that the acquired information will serve as a subsidy for the improvement of the doctrine related to the Brazilian Army's Intelligence System, being able to contribute to other similar works.
