Síndrome da COVID-Longa : uma possível inclusão no caso de atualização das NTPMEX

Abstract

Atualmente no cenário da saúde, seja militar ou não, continua a ser afetado pela Síndrome Pós-COVID-19 na qual continua modificando o contexto de trabalho de muitos indivíduos ao redor do mundo especialmente no Exército Brasileiro (EB) com casos de militares da ativa com sequelas da Covid-Longa e com problemas de saúde. O objetivo deste estudo foi abordar o impacto da síndrome da COVID-Longa tendo em vista sua possível inclusão, em futura atualização das Normas Técnicas de Perícia Médica do Exército (NTPMEX), tendo em vista o contexto das sequelas que podem ser elencadas. Ressalta-se que a coleta de dados para a presente construção deste referencial teórico se deu por meio do embasamento metodológico. Isto pressupõe não só o estudo analisado das fontes, mas também a forma de organizar e proceder na aplicação deste projeto e de diversas pesquisas. Portanto, com base no referencial da revisão bibliográfica, que passará por artigos, livros e demais materiais coletados publicados nos últimos 5 anos (2019 a 2023), por meio de levantamento bibliográfico e exploratório. O resultado do trabalho demonstra uma enorme gama de manifestações clínicas e sequelas. É interessante ter conhecimento sobre o impacto da Covid-Longa, dada a necessidade de mais estudos, nos quais se percebeu que eram necessárias mais pesquisas para abordar as consequências dos afetados. Nesse contexto, é preciso refletir sobre a constante contaminação desses profissionais militares do EB, o que acarreta uma possibilidade alarmante de até mesmo atingir o quadro funcional. Portanto, ficou demonstrada a pertinência e relevância do tema em questão, tanto para a área de Saúde do Exército Brasileiro quanto para as NTPMEX, e assim com caráter de informação e conscientização para melhor compreensão da Síndrome da COVID-Longa bem como dos efeitos, os impactos clínicos, da intolerância às atividades físicas e laborais. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT Currently in the health scenario, whether military or not, it continues to be affected by the post-COVID-19 Syndrome, in which it continues to modify, the work context of many individuals around the world, especially in the Brazilian Army (EB), with cases of active-duty military personnel with sequelae from Covid-Long, with health problems. The objective of this study was to address the impact of the Long- Covid syndrome in view of its possible inclusion, in a future update of the Technical Norms of Medical Expertise of the Army (NTPMEX), in view of the context of the sequelae that can be listed. It is noteworthy that the data collection for the present construction of this theoretical framework took place through the methodological basis. This presupposes not only the analyzed study of the sources, but also the way of organizing and proceeding in the application of this project and of several research. Therefore, based on the reference of the bibliographic review, which will go through articles, books and other collected materials published in the last 5 years (2019 to 2023), through bibliographic and exploratory survey. The research result demonstrates a huge range of clinical manifestations and sequelae. It is interesting to have knowledge about the impact of Long- Covid, given the need for more studies, in which it was realized that more research was needed to address the consequences of those affected. In this context, it is necessary to reflect on the constant contamination of these military professionals from the EB, which entails an alarming possibility of even reaching the functional framework. Therefore, the pertinence and relevance of the topic in question was demonstrated, both for the health area of the Brazilian Army and for the NTPMEX, and thus with an information and awareness character for a better understanding of the Long-COVID-Syndrome as well as the effects, the clinical impacts, intolerance to physical and work activities.
