As atuais capacidades da inteligência militar e suas contribuições para a metodologia de processamento de alvos (decidir, detectar, disparar e avaliar)

Abstract

O presente estudo tem como objetivo geral analisar as contribuições da Inteligência Militar (IM) para a metodologia Decidir, Detectar, Disparar e Avaliar (D3A). Destina-se a descrever sucintamente o Sistema de Inteligência do Exército e suas novas capacidades operativas; contextualizar os processos de integração do processo de planejamento e condução das operações terrestres; identificar as capacidades operativas recentemente adquiridas pela Inteligência Militar, a estrutura organizacional as tarefas e ações específicas dos atuais Batalhões de Inteligência Militar; e conhecer as principais contribuições sobre a interação das funções de combate Inteligência e fogos, materializados pelas células de Inteligência e célula de fogos, advindos de pesquisas em manuais, artigos nacionais e internacionais, assim como em recentes eventos relevantes, como conflitos armados pelo mundo, identificando sugestões quantitativas, de possíveis contribuições a metodologia D3A do processo de aquisição de alvos. Todas as análises realizadas tiveram como objeto esclarecer as interações no processo de aquisição de alvos. Finalmente, são apresentadas as conclusões que oferecem reflexões e sugestões acerca das contribuições das novas capacidades da IM para a metodologia D3A, atendendo ao objetivo geral da pesquisa. Assim, buscando contribuir com a doutrina do Exército Brasileiro, espera-se ainda que os conhecimentos adquiridos sirvam para o aperfeiçoamento da doutrina relativa ao Sistema de Inteligência do Exército, e para o processo decisivo das operações terrestres, podendo contribuir para trabalhos semelhantes.

The present study has the main objective of analyzing the contributions of Military Intelligence (IM) for the Decide, Detect, Deliver and Assess (D3A) methodology. intended to describe briefly the Army Intelligence System and its new operative capabilities; contextualize the processes of integration of the planning process and conduct of the ground operations; Identify the operative capabilities recently acquired by the Military Intelligence, the organizational structure, the specific tasks and actions of current Military Intelligence Battalions; and to know the main contributions on the interaction of the Intelligence and Fires functions, materialized by the Intelligence cells and the fires, arising from research in manuals, national and international, articles, as well as in recent relevant events, such as armed conflicts around the world, identifying quantitative suggestions, of possible contributions to the D3A methodology of the target acquisition. All analyzes carried out aimed to clarify this interaction. Finally, the conclusions are presented that offer reflections and suggestions about the contributions of the new capabilities of the IM for the D3A methodology, meeting the general objective of the research. So, looking for contribute to the doctrine of the Brazilian Army, it is still expected that the knowledge acquired serve for the improvement of the doctrine related to the Intelligence System of the Army, and for the decisive process of the ground operations, being able to contribute to similar works.
