Os Principais desafios encontrados pelos 7º e 8º contigentes da Operação Acolhida, no contexto da chegada da pandemia da COVID-19

Abstract

Este trabalho visa descrever os principais desafios encontrados pelos 7º e 8º Contingentes da Operação Acolhida, no contexto da chegada pandemia da COVID-19, particularmente da cidade de Boa Vista-RR. A primeira parte do trabalho apresenta a organização e estrutura Operação Acolhida, como forma de conhecer as principais estruturas e células operativas, adaptadas às condicionantes impostas pela crise humanitária venezuelana na cidade de Boa Vista – RR. Logo em seguida, é apresentado o contexto da chegada da crise sanitária nas estruturas da Força Tarefa Logística Humanitária, na qual está inserida a Operação Acolhida, que modificou a rotina de funcionamento e cuidados com os venezuelanos nas diversas instalações da cidade de Boa Vista - RR, criando inúmeros óbices e impactos para os integrantes da Operação, nos mais variados setores. No prosseguimento do trabalho, é dada ênfase aos desafios criados pela chegada da COVID-19, levando à superposição de crises, a humanitária e sanitária, utilizando-se, para tanto, de questionário respondido por integrantes da Operação Acolhida que vivenciaram de perto a chegada da pandemia e as mudanças impostas aos trabalhos desenvolvidos pelos 7º e 8º Contingentes.

ABSTRACT This work aims to describe the challenges encountered by the 7th and 8th Contingents of Operação Acolhida, in the context of the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in the city of Boa Vista-RR. The first part of the work presents the organization and structure of Operação Acolhida, as a way of knowing the main structures and operative cells, adapted to the constraints imposed by the Venezuelan humanitarian crisis in the city of Boa Vista - RR. Soon after, the context of the arrival of the health crisis is presented in the structures of the Humanitarian Logistics Task Force, in which Operation Acolhida is inserted, which modified the routine of operation and care for Venezuelans in the various facilities of the city of Boa Vista -RR , creating numerous obstacles and impacts for the members of the Operation, in the most varied sectors. In the continuation of the work, emphasis is given to the challenges created by the arrival of COVID-19, leading to the superposition of crises, both humanitarian and health, using, for this purpose, a questionnaire answered by members of Operação Acolhida who experienced the arrival up close of the pandemic and the changes imposed on the work carried out by the 7th and 8th Contingents.
