Gestão de manutenção:análise da importância da manutenção preventiva de 1ºescalão realizada nas viaturas marruá agrale do curso de material bélico

Abstract

O presente trabalho procurou fazer uma análise da importância da manutenção preventiva na gestão de manutenção, mais especificamente nas viaturas Agrale Marruá do Curso de Material Bélico com o objetivo geral de analisar quais são as principais intervenções de manutenção realizadas nas viaturas Agrale Marruá e mostrar a importância da manutenção de primeiro escalão para a vida útil do material, e objetivos específicos de apresentar a definição de conceitos referentes a parte funcional da Força Terrestre sobre manutenção, através de pesquisa bibliográfica, apresentar o manual do fabricante na parte de manutenção preventiva e analisar como reflete no desempenho das viaturas e atividades essa manutenção, a fim de que com isso, observar o reflexo e importância da manutenção preventiva para o material. O Exército Brasileiro possui elevado número de viaturas que é um material de emprego militar que necessita de constante manutenção a fim de que mantenha sua operacionalidade e segurança. A Logística tem papel fundamental para o sucesso das operações militares. A manutenção de primeiro escalão, que é de responsabilidade orgânica ao detentor direto do material, é fundamental para que sejam evitados problemas no futuro que exigirão um maior custo e maior emprego de pessoal/tempo na resolução do conserto, interferindo diretamente da operacionalidade do Exército Brasileiro. Com a finalidade de coletar dados e verificar os problemas e soluções que ocorrem numa Organização Militar voltada a Manutenção, delimitou-se a área de atuação e tendo como objeto de estudo as viaturas Agrale Marruá do Curso de Material Bélico da AMAN, com entrevistas com militares do curso responsáveis pela manutenção. Diante da ampla gama de conhecimentos e informações que podem ser discorridas na esfera da Força Terrestre, foi feito uma pesquisa bibliográfica com algumas definições. Como resultado da entrevista, pode-se observar que ainda existem melhorias para serem feitas para melhor execução da manutenção preventiva. Diante disso, busca-se abordar a importância da manutenção preventiva em primeiro escalão, mostrando que esta falha traz como repercussão logística um aumento no tempo de inatividade do material fazendo perceber ainda a necessidade de desenvolver a mentalidade do operador de manutenção preventiva. ___________________________________________________________________________________ The present work sought to analyze the importance of preventive maintenance in maintenance management, more specifically in Agrale Marruá vehicles of the Ordnance Course with the general objective of analyzing what are the main maintenance interventions carried out in Agrale Marruá vehicles and showing the importance of first-tier maintenance for the useful life of the material, and specific objectives of presenting the definition of concepts referring to the functional part of the Ground Force on maintenance, through bibliographic research, presenting the manufacturer's manual in the preventive maintenance part and analyzing how it reflects in the performance of vehicles and activities this maintenance, so that with this, observe the reflection and importance of preventive maintenance for the material. The Brazilian Army has a large number of vehicles, which is a material for military use that needs constant maintenance in order to maintain its operability and safety. Logistics plays a key role in the success of military operations. First-level maintenance, which is the organic responsibility of the direct holder of the material, is essential to avoid problems in the future that will require greater cost and greater employment of personnel/time in solving the repair, directly interfering with the Brazilian Army's operations. In order to collect data and verify the problems and solutions that occur in a Military Organization focused on Maintenance, the area of action was delimited and having as object of study the Agrale Marruá vehicles of the Ordnance Course of AMAN, with interviews with military personnel. of the course responsible for maintenance. Given the wide range of knowledge and information that can be discussed in the sphere of the Land Force, a bibliographic research was carried out with some definitions. As a result of the interview, it can be seen that there are still improvements to be made for better execution of preventive maintenance. In view of this, we seek to address the importance of preventive maintenance at the first level, showing that this failure brings as a logistical repercussion an increase in the downtime of the material, making us realize the need to develop the mentality of the preventive maintenance operator.
