A importância do ensino das medidas de proteção eletrônica no curso de comunicações da AMAN

Abstract

O presente trabalho versa sobre a importância das Medidas de Proteção Eletrônica (MPE). Em face disso, este trabalho teve como objetivos explicitar os tipos de MPE realizados pelos exercícios da AMAN, verificar o conteúdo lecionado pela Academia Militar através do (Plano de Disciplina) PLADIS, analisar o nível de conhecimento das MPE dos instruendos e o motivo de serem negligenciadas nos exercícios escolares, bem como obter conclusões e, se possível, fornecer sugestões para contribuir com o tema. Para atingir tais objetivos, foram feitas análises documentais em manuais de Guerra Eletrônica, emprego de rádio em campanha, Comando e Controle, entre outros. Ademais, foi realizada uma pesquisa amostral entre cadetes do 3º e 4º anos do Curso de Comunicações e oficiais da Arma do Comando formados nos anos de 2020 e 2021 pela AMAN. Dessa forma, buscou-se a máxima precisão dos resultados para verificar o aprendizado dos cadetes no assunto de MPE, além de comparar com os oficiais formados na Academia, e entender os motivos da Proteção Eletrônica ser negligenciada em atividades no terreno. Os resultados mostraram que a premissa de tempo, a irregularidade no terreno ou até mesmo a imperícia contribuíam para que o instruendo se descuidasse com as MPE nas operações simuladas pela AMAN. Portanto, aumentando a carga-horária de instrução teórica e prática, além de empregar mais repetidoras e mais postos de rádio para superar as irregularidades no terreno, deixará o futuro oficial de Comunicações melhor preparado quando concluir o curso. _____________________________________________________________________________________ The present work deals with the importance of Electronic Protection Measures (MPE). In view of this, this work aimed to explain the types of MPE performed by the AMAN exercises, verify the content taught by the Military Academy through the PLADIS (Discipline Plan), analyze the level of knowledge of the MPE of the trainees and the reason for being neglected in school exercises as well as to draw conclusions and, if possible, provide suggestions to contribute to the theme. To achieve these objectives, documental analyzes were carried out in Electronic Warfare manuals, use of radio in campaign, Command and Control, among others. In addition, a sample survey was carried out among cadets of the 3rd and 4th grades of the Signals Course and officers of the Signals Branch graduated in the years 2020 and 2021 by AMAN. In this way, the maximum precision of the results was sought to verify the learning of the cadets in the subject of MPE, in addition to comparing with the officers trained at the Academy, and to understand the reasons for Electronic Protection being neglected in activities on the field. The results showed that the time premise, irregularity in the terrain or even incompetence contributed to the student being careless with the MPE in the operations simulated by AMAN. Therefore, increasing the workload of theoretical and practical instruction, in addition to employing more repeaters and more radio stations to overcome irregularities in the field, will leave the future Signals officer better prepared when he completes the course.
